The DR is a wonderful person however his staff(office manager) had a disgusting attitude. I have been dealing with a lot of health issues myself and my son had just got out the ER for hypoxia, bronchiolitis and some other health issues( he's 2). I made a mistake on my appointment and was late instead of her saying let's reschedule she tells me if I do this again don't come back. Well guess what I won't. There was no understanding or care for what I have going on personally right now. She acts as though this is the only oral maxillofacial office in the Jackson Metro area. No apology, no reasoning, I won't recommend this place to anyone my color. There's a wonderful dentist office right in the corner of the building deal with them. I heard they're getting all the business from Dr. Quon after dealing with the rude office manager. She was very rude to me.
